We strive to provide the most user-friendly and efficient way of finding parking to users (“you” or “your”) of www.parklinq.com and the associated mobile application (together, the “Site”) by connecting people looking to rent parking with people or businesses who have parking to rent (“Hosts”), and in doing so, we may collect certain information from you.

Parklinq values privacy and wants to provide you with the opportunity to understand the types of information that we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit and/or use the Site, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information are outlined in this Privacy Policy. By accessing and/or using the Site, you agree that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

This Policy applies to information we collect:

In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Site.

Vehicle information such as license plate information, the make, model, and year of your vehicle, and vehicle location, if authorized on our mobile application;

We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Site, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Site users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Site, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your Personal Information.
