² Self-verification options include scanning the QR code on the parking sign upon arrival (most common method), texting, or visiting our website. When you take a photo of your driver's license for free or discounted parking, or access to locals-only parking spaces, we only use it for identity verification in accordance with the consent you granted before starting the verification process. Users preferring not to upload a photo may manually enter their information (name, address, D.O.B.) via smartphone or computer. Those without smartphone or computer access can verify by phone through our support team. Verification includes a global database check, securely matching your address to records associated with your name using AES-256 encryption on protected servers behind firewalls; your address is never stored in our system. We never sell or share your information under any circumstances. Verification may be completed at the parking lot upon arrival or in advance from home. Registration is a one-time process; however, a new Local Perks parking session must be activated for each visit. Activation can be performed via smartphone, computer, or phone support, either on arrival or in advance. LocalPerks™ Parking, including free and discounted parking for locals and exclusive locals-only parking spaces, is available only at participating locations.
